Waiting 3 months for replacement bed

In November 2012 i phoned Russells Queensburgh about a bed i purchesed in March on HP from them.
The springs in the matress was collapsing and the matress is still under guarentee. Christopher informed me that the bed must be inspected by eblo as per protocol. ln december edblo's people came an inspected the bed and approved me for a new matress. Christopher told me the can only comply with a new matress after the festive season as the warehouse is very busy and stock is low. After 15 Jan 2013 I enquired about the status of the matress and was told by christopher that it would be delived the next day and so came a series of the next day the next day. Until I phoned on the 4 Feb 2013 the head office and spoke to Thulanie who told me the bed would be delived the next day and surpise surpise still no bed. We been good clients of Russels Queensburgh for over 15 years and think that this matter is past reduculast and im at my witts ends any help would be appriciated
