Wrong refund, two emails later no response

I bought a wifi dongle from [URL Removed] As usual it was delivered without any issues.

Upon actually trying to use the dongle, the range was much too low for it to be useful for me. I advised that the item was working fine, but wasn't fit for my purposes and would like to exchange it. I didn't expect that they would, but periodically I got emails from them stating that the refund was being processed/evaluated/etc.

Finally someone, came to pick up the dongle. I expected that at this time a human would contact me to ask me what I wanted to exchange the dongle for, but nothing came. It's at this time that I went on holiday.

When I got back from my holiday I found that the another dongle had been delivered at work. It was the exact same model of dongle that I asked to exchange.

Anyway, I sent an email to [Email Removed] on the 16th to explain the situation and ask them to rectify the situation, but I didn't get any reply.

Nor did I get any reply on the email that I sent on Monday.

Anyway, takealot has lost a loyal customer. I will never recommend them to anyone ever again and they'll be my last resort if I ever need to get anything online.
