No smile, no service, bad attitude

I was very unhappy regarding the poor mannerism I was treated with this afternoon when I shopped at the PnP at Irene Village Mall. I was not greeted or even acknowledged after I offered a friendly "hello, how is your day? ". The cashier did not even bother to look up when she curtly said "give me the card". Knowing PnP, I assumed it was my smart shopper card and gave it. Ending the transaction, she turned around to look for someone, when I asked if I may have my change... she responded she already closed the till. WITHOUT giving MY CHANGE!! I alerted her of the fact and she then arrogantly said now she has to find the supervisor to open the till. As I was only on a lunch break, I proceeded to leave without my change, but with a very bad taste of PnP left in my mouth.

Sadly I'll think twice of ever using your store again.
