New phone giving me problems

Good day

i bought Samsung Galaxy Pocket at Ackermans Bay Sideon the 02/07/2013, i used it for 7days and it started to give me problems and i returned it because they policies and procedure is that after 7days they can only repair it not refund nor exchage,
so they send it away for 2weeks i got it back BUT looks like they never repaired it, i took it back again bear in mind i am using my own money to get to Bay side and no phone to use in the meantime none whatsoever,
they took it back it, for two weeks like before same problem
now i am not sure what to do, but i will take it back and this time i want my money back
i am FURIOUS

not a happy customer at all
