Rotten meat (3 packets)

Bought a packet of Rump steak (R40) and 2 packets of lean beef mince (R30 each) about 3 weeks ago.
Was planning on frying the steak on the night of purchase, only to find that the meat smelled rotten. Meat seemed fine on top, but when checking it on the bottom and between the 2 separate pieces, it was green. My family's supper was spoiled and I had to make alternative plans for supper. A week after, took out a packet of mince. The minute I put it in the pot to fry, I could smell that it was also off. I took out the 2nd packet of mince, was also rotten. For a 2nd time my family's supper had been spoiled and I had to make alternative plans for supper. Tried submitting a complaint to Pick n Pay's website. Received a response that there'd been a technical error and I had to resubmit my complaint. Resubmitted my complaint on their website and received a reference number. A week later still hadn't received any response from Pick n Pay. Phoned their local KZN complaints department. Complaints manager took my details and made contact with the branch in question. Complaints manager phoned back and said that the relevant store manager would contact me. Still waiting...
