After a few attempts of phoning and begging this company to take our details off their database they still send us promotional letters EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I've tried for almost half a year to get my details off the system as I am not INTERESTED IN THEIR PRODUCTS. THIS IS A WASTE OF MY TIME AS WELL AS PAPER AND INK. I don't know what to do anymore. How long does one have to struggle to get your details off a database? Even phoning the Call centre number does not help anymore because you leave messages and nobody gets back to you.
