I have phoned Direct Axis at least 7 times and demanded that they LOOSE my details. I've been receiving at least two letters from them in the mail every month offering me whatever it is they sell, as well as sms messages. I have threatened them with legal action as it is within my right to be taken off a database. Every time I call, they assure me that I have been deleted. The last time was at the end of last year. Guess what, last night I received another letter and this morning I received a sms. Direct Axis, REMOVE ME OFF YOUR DATABASE!!! I have had enough of your harassment.
