3 / 4 weeks ago I bought a pair of boots from Edgars Walmer Park which I paid R399 for (cash). Both of the heels were comig loose so I took them back because I was unhappy to pay so much for boots that was poor quality. I did not have my slip with me so the lady went to the Manageress. The Manageress came back to me and said: " I am sorry but we cannot help you." So I asked why and she said becuase I dont have a slip and they dont have those boots in stock anymore. She didnt even go look if they still had the boots. So I said okay I will see if Greenacres has stock. As I walked past the shoe section, I saw the boots on the shelf. So I took one of the boxes with the boots in back to her and she "ACTED" quite surprised. She said okay now she can credit me. The gentlemen who helped me said that they can only credit me 50% because that is what the boots were marked down to now. I said I paid full price for them. 3 / 4 weeks ago they were not on sale. I paid full price. He said well there is nothing they can do because that is how it is going to scan. SO I HAVE NOW LOST R200. I will not be buying from Edgars again!!!
