I am really disappointed with your customer service. I wrote a complaint last month on the 21st of JUNE and i was called and you promised to change my account to 12 months of which the balance and the monthly payment did not match. The lady who attended to me said i should pay R320.00 of which i paid. Now i receive a message that i have to pay R530.00.What is wrong with you people? I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW YOU CHARGE YOUR INTEREST AND THAT IS WHY I OPTED TO BE REMOVED FROM 6 MONTHS TO 12 MONTHS.Why can't you kip your word?
