We went into Stuttafords Cresta on Friday Afternoon the 26th July. The lighting in the store was dim and the entire store appeared half in the dark. There were only two staff members in the entire store-one Hazel, was on the phone the whole time we were there, and the other was at the front cosmetic desk. The only "staff" around were all from the Security Co. service provider and they were watching the change rooms and the front entrance. One young male staff member was outside fiddling with the sales banners when we walked out-I asked him how the store could run without staff and he seemed unphased/non plussed. What hope has a business got if it is allowed to run like this?
