I usually shop at Woolworths in Centurion Mall and most of the time the bread is all squashed. Clearly the person packing it onto the shelf is just shoving them in and thus crushing them. Then I and other customers are expected to buy them in that condition. I have complained to store personnel before, but the situation remains the same.
Also when I was there on Tuesday the store was not open at 09:00 - their official opening time; only when I phoned them at 09:05 from outside the store, did a lady come running to open the doors. This was not the first time that they were late in opening for no apparent reason.
