I contacted the call centre to inform them that the debt collections company was harrassing me and requested to check if my investigation is still underway. The debt collections call centre manager was screeming at me on the phone and Khosi was so efficient in her sevice, that I was calm and felt that she understood my position. The collections company refused to get any information from edgars which would have taken them less than a minute as they obviously make more commission if a person if blacklisted so doing research is beyond them. Thank you Khosi for your assistance.
