I purchased a Martine Bedroom suite at the end of February this year, after a MONTH I noticed a CREAKING sound coming from the BED. I investigated this sound and saw that the middle support beams leg was BUCKLING, I reported this at the Coricraft Head Office whilst collecting my Martine Chest of Drawers. They did not get back to me so I decided to phone them after TWO weeks and lodge my complaint again. All the while the middle support leg BENT further causing the CHIPBOARD above it to start BENDING, so every night I go to sleep on my brand new CREAKING bed. This time they responded to my complaint and even though I STRESSED the Severity of the situation they told me that the earliest they can send out an assessor is after another TWO weeks. The assessor came and saw that the middle support leg was DEFECTIVE and that the fault was NOT MINE. He assured me that he'll order the part and come after a WEEK, on the day he supposed to come they phoned to tell me he is SICK. A week later they phoned me to say that the beam hasn't come from Cape Town. Since then I have not heard from them and my BED continues to DETERIORATE.
