We recently had the misfortune of dealing with Darryl Lovett of Lovett Components, trading as Electrical Fencing. He claims to have been certified by Nemtek.
Darryl supplied us with a replacement gate battery which lasted only a few days. When the gate stopped working again, Darryl's proposed solution was to sell us yet another battery, and to charge us for another call-out fee. We obviously refused to go down this road, and requested a refund for the faulty battery which had been installed.
Darryl has since refused to respond to any emails or telephone calls. We had no choice but to have another supplier fix the gate motor. Properly this time, after checking and fixing the battery charger, which was apparently the real problem.
Nemtek-certified people don't seem to be able to do the job. Or to provide professional service. I'd recommend avoiding anybody who has been certified by Nemtek.
After contacting Nemtek and bringing this matter to their attention, we still have not heard from Darryl, nor have we received our refund.
