Levingers damages expensive jacket and doesn't fix

Hi Tash,

Just wanted to give you some feedback on the damage to my jacket. The lab test game back with the result that it was no fault of the dry cleaning process.

I then took my jacket to another drycleaner and they fixed the jacket within a day by steaming and re-ironing the area which was corrugated. It was fixed for a cost of R58. This has proved to me two things:

1. That the jacket did not go through proper quality checks at Levingers, which I'm not sure that you even do otherwise the issue would have been picked up?
2. That instead of trying to remedy the problem is was simply sent for testing.

The end result is that I am only left with the conclusion that Levingers has provided a sub stand service and has then tried to justify it by sending it for testing that was biased at best.
