EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

I was sick in bed, yes, I'm the Client who ordered the Bedroom Suit but I now needed an Exceptional Mattress for the exceptional Bedroom Suite. So still sick, I called Dial-a-Bed in Blackheath just around the corner after looking at their On-Line Offerings. My call was answered super fast by Tony and I explained my dilemma that I couldn't come in and "try" the mattresses for comfort and support. Not being put off, he kindly assisted me as to the best type of firmness and support for my back problem, so the deal was going better than I had anticipated! Tony provided their Banking details from his personal phone so I could make the necessary transaction via Internet and Confirmation of Payment was done! And then I waited again for the excuses for Stock, delayed delivery or "something to do with the cold weather"... However, Tony at Dial-a-Bed never faulted, provided me with delivery date feedback for Thursday for that Blink Bedroom Suite and by Thursday night I had a wonderful sleep on my new mattress in my new bedroom suite! Boy, I was SOO IMPRESSED WITH DIAL-A-BED'S EFFICIENCY AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, that I didn't have to count any sheep that night! WELL DONE TONY
