Me and my husband has been scheduled to get Cronic medication from Dischem Direct by our Medical Aid - Remidi. Firts of all what is the meaning of Cronic medication? It means that you have to take it as scheduled on a daily basis and not skip a day but due to Dischem direct my bloodpressure rises to 150 over 120 due to them not delivering on time.
This is not 1 or 2 months after each other but 3 and 4 months and it then takes me to call them every month to schedule delivery and log a complaint which they just do not take note of. Should I shedule my own deliveries?
I almost had a stroke beceause of my bloodpressure and still after 4 months they still not comply! What should I do next?
