I complained about the manager of JET Boulders (Danny) who refused to give me a refund on shoes saying I should take them back where I bought them. I'm yet to receive a response from Jet about what to do with the shoes and the 30 day period is close by now. And I'm not about to go from Gauteng to Limpopo just to return shoes when it's not even in the return policy. The only response I received was here on Hellopeter saying someone will get back to me. The reference number that was given here on Hellopeter is 080713001/GO. Somebody please tell me what to do with the shoes because I do not want to return to the store just to be refused service again.
