Booking for 6 pm for Harbour House - means not one minute early. We arrive 5 minutes (yes minutes) early, and NO, you can't take a seat at your table, we are having a staff meeting! - on a Sunday at the Waterfront - a place filled with tourists who do not really want to plan their day in minutes This is ridiculous! In my line of business i take overseas guests out often, i've taken some of them to Harbour House before - the food was good, the service good, and I've been advocating the restaurant to local and overseas guests. But today saw the end of that. We were 5 minutes early and what happens, we are turned away! I just had enough of bad service South Africa! I drove from Hout Bay - past all the restaurants in Camps Bay, and walked passed all the other world class restaurants in the Waterfront to go to Harbour House!! NEVER AGAIN!! You have lost me and everyone I can tell about your utter stupidity for sticking too school regime 6pm clock watching!! CRAZY!!
