It's now 8:30 AM in the morning and your call centre or "Customer experience centre" (notice the air bunny's) is still telling me that your operating hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00PM.. Wish my working hours was more of a guideline than a rule... this is the number I call (0800 203 925). All I want is to link my online profile so I can see where my account is at!
