I am merely expressing my concern. The level of service - generally - in Pick 'n Pay stores is getting worse by the day. The tellers are so unfriendly and their greeting line is "plastic? " Please do something.
The cheery was this morning at Woodmead Hypermarket. The so-called 'fast queue' only had two tellers operating!! The checkout points were frustrating.
It took me 40 minutes to pay for less than 10 items.!!! Is that service from a company which is trying to 'claim' back its market share?
I honestly do not think so. The saddest is the bad attitude. They blame management!!
