I was served at the "Express tellers", I told the cashier that I had a bag and a Pick n Pay Loyalty card and was taking it out of my bag while she rang up the sale. She swiped my card and TOLD me that I said: "YES, you wanted a bag". She continued to pack my purchase in the CARRY BAG 24L and also put the bag which I gave her in with my groceries saying: "Maybe next time".
I was charged R0.46 for the bag.
Well, Pick n Pay there will not be a next time!!!
This is not my first bad experience at Canal Walk but it was my last. I will not be back.
Pick n Pay Customer Service & Management DON'T call me to apologize, I never what to hear from you again.
