Initially when I discovered that Mr Price delivers all over the world, I was beyond excited. I currently reside in New Zealand and knowing that I could buy clothes from home and have it delivered to my front door was amazing! According to the delivery terms and conditions on the website, economy delivery was said to take 3-7 days with no specification as to whether that applies to domestic or international delivery. After 7 days, I enquired about the non-delivery of my purchase and was told by a Tyron Chinsamy that delivery is within 21 working days. I politely asked that he have the terms and conditions amended to specify this in order to manage client expectations as mine clearly had not been met. He assured me that the website would be adjusted. This all took place on 3 July.
I have now tried to make another purchase. I attempted to log into my account but had forgotten the password so was locked out. I waited the requested 30 minutes to attempt to have my password resent to me but got told once again that I need t wait 30 minutes as my account has been locked. I tried again, 24 hours later, with the same response! Total frustration!!! Don't make commitments you can't keep!!!
