The Yuppiechef website is easy to use and attractive, creating positive expectations - and then they surprised me by exceeding those expectations on more than one level. Instead of 3-5 working days as stated, delivery took only 2 days. Packaging was functional, but not excessive, and everything arrived in excellent condition. Another plus is that delivery is - well, not free, but included in the price, so what you see is what you pay.
However, what made this delivery different from any other online product I've ever purchased, was the personal touch, which I won't describe in order not to spoil the surprise for other customers. If the intention was to make the customer feel they were dealing with helpful people rather than a website or a company, they succeeded.
