Unacceptable Delay in Delivery

I purchased an item and paid for it on 20.06.2013. The company's website said delivery in 14-30 days. I waited until 01 July and queried the status of delivery. I received a response from Gugu Manako who apologised and said delivery would take place by the following week. Nothing was heard for another 3 weeks so I emailed the company again on 24.07.2013. Gugu again responded and apologised again. He however stated that delivery takes 14-30 working days upon the deal closing (26.06.2013) and highlighted that this was in the fine print on the website. I referred Gugu to the fine print which clearly states 14-30 days and NOT 14-30 working days. His response was simply that it was an error on the website and delivery would be done "early next week". Being Wednesday, it is no longer early this week and Dealclick have again not fulfilled a promise. They have also failed to adhere to their own standard. The public must be cautious of dealing with unscrupulous online retailers such as these who take your money upfront and make you wait for unacceptably long periods for the product. They sell products that they don't even have as you have to wait for it to be shipped in from abroad!
