DISGUSTING SERVICE

On 9 July I called the Eastgate branch looking for a small clothes dryer. I spoke to Nonhlanhla who said he would keep one aside for me and the cost was R120.00.

Today I drove all the way to Eastgate from the south of Johannesburg to collect the item.

Nobody there could help me and unfortunately I was not sure of the persons name who I spoke to yesterday.

I have just returned to the office and see that the name was Nonhlanhla. I have tried to call the 011-621-2965 number now on 8 occassions and on each occasion the phone is picked up, held for sometimes 2 seconds and then put down. At one stage the phone was held for about 10 seconds then put down. The last call I made, was not even answered and eventually gave me the engaged signal.

Firstly I am upset that I had to spend petrol money, as well as parking of R7.00, and came away with nothing. It was a complete waste of time and money.

Secondly I am also upset about how you treat customers. The service is atrocious.

Utterly disgusted and frustrated!!
