POOR SERVICE

I purchased furniture from House and Home in Eastgate on 19/05/2013. My invoice number is 226866 and my payment receipt number is 476239 and 476240. The store arranged delivery for me at a cost of R 300.00 which i paid in full as part of the above invoice. The furniture was delivered to my premises on 20/05/2013 at after 7:00 pm. Whilst bringing the furniture in, the delivery person knocked a vase which fell onto the floor and broke..The cost thereof was - R 1, 500.00. I made a note of this on the delivery note. I was advised to call Marius (owner od delivery company) which i did immediately in the presence of the delivery person, who also spoke to him and acknowledged his fault. They took the broken pieces with them as requested by Marius. Since then i have been passed on to Verdi, Dawn and now this morning Karen at Eastgate branch. Again ive been shoved from pillar to post with all the above people referring me to the other (all passing the buck). Please assist me to sort out my problem. I was also promised by Dawn that the matter will be discussed with Marius and i will be called back to finalise the matter but nobody called me back and to date nothing has happenned.
