We bought a couch at house and home about 8 months ago within 4 months the cusions went flat and went in for repair then within 4 months after that the spring broke we spoke to the manager and told him we want vredit because its the second time the couch broke a week later the manager got back to us and told us the couch is repaired we told him we asked for credit he said he does not care you only get a credit if the couch brakes within 6 months I told him but they never gave us that opnion the first time he said they don't have to its like paying tax its something you suppose to know then he told me that if we don't pick up the couch in 21 days they will put it on auction he was very rude and had a don't care attitude will never buy there again I asked for the legal document that states what is there terms and conditions for gaurentee he refused to email it to me we will take this further if we have to
