I bought two OMO Promotional packs advertising three different gifts that are guaranteed. On opening the one about two and a half weeks ago I followed the instructions and dialled the dial free number and was informed that I would be contacted within 48 hours. Its been two and a half weeks and nothing happened. I phoned the competition number and just get put on hold and nothing happens. To me this is false advertising I use OMO but I think its time to change brands and this is very bad customer service... I have also noticed that there are now washing powders out there that are cheape
