Recliner damaged

I ordered a recliner in June 2013 and was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks for completion and i accepted that. surprisingly it only took two weeks and my recliner was ready and the communication was great, the problem arose once I had collected the chair, in the first week the recliner mechanism handle broke and I reported it to Clearwater Coricraft and was told some one would contact me with 48 hours I must admit it has not been 48 hours yet but why should I have to wait for your mistake, either come and fix my problem or take your chair and refund me my money
