Shocking service and it is their mistake

On the 23rd January 2013, I orderd a Chateau recliner form Coricraft in Pony Oatmeal. The chair arrived on Monday, the colour and material are incorrect. After numerous phone calls and a visit to their Clearwater store, I still have had no satisfaction, the best they can give me is to wait 4 to 6 weeks for a new chair. That is not good enough, that means another 6 week wait, a total of 3 months!! The service is shocking they say they will sort it out, but nothing happens. I now wish to cancel the order and cancel anothe order I have with them. Now they tell me they will look in the factory in Cape Town, and get back to me, I don't hold out much hope. Why must I run around after them, they should be the ones doing all the running after all it is their mistake, I will never deal with Coricraft again and advise everyone else to do like wise
