Furniture City & ELH have been delivering purchased furniture for yonks and you can't confirm a date or time you going to deliver my bed. You are not doing me a favour, I paid R350 for the delivery and I was promised it would be within 2-3 days and it seems its going to be a week later. The store was exceptional with service, but the distribution centre has failed once again. I want resolution to my dilemma immediately at my convenience (to the second) or I demand a full refund and I shall take my business elsewhere.
