We bought 4 Omo promotion packets and did all the telephone calls (costing me money) they phoned me for the 1st coupon and I chose a Movie ticket. After almost 2 weeks I phoned the help line and I gave the lady all 4 coupon numbers and she told me that they will contact me. Now its been a another 3 weeks only a sms stating that "due to the influx of entries we are unable to contact you" This is really pathetic, as any huge supplier running any promotions must surely prepare well and make sure that they have all their ducks in a row! I think the marketing management did not do their home work properly!! We actually wanted to use these free tickets while the kids are on holiday but again the consumer loosing!
