I cannot obtain my statements!!!

I opened an account with Donna Claire on 30 March, went to pick up the card but I didn't receive an account number or anything baring the card. Bought a jacket for approximately R600 on it and 2 pillow slips from @Home for -R300. I waited for my statement to arrive either - emailpost... when neither arrived I went onto TFGfinances website and requested access to view my statement... being an IT Manager, this is seemingly a very simple task for me. I could not access my statement and emailed the provided address last month to rectify this problem - I am yet to receive an acknowledgment let alone a response months later.
In the meantime I receive an SMS on 4 June saying a payment of R140 is due and I am FINALLY provided with an account number. I pay R200. Again I try access the website to obtain my statement and send another email to rectify the issue.
On 18 July I receive another SMS saying I owe R57.40. I pay R100. I went shopping on the weekend to be told my account has been blocked. I immediately pay a further R200 while in store. Got the statement only to see that you have put me on a 'debt collecting' list!!! I think it's disgusting that I cannot get a statement!
