So I went to Pick n Pay today to buy some ready made food, and I got a BBQ chicken with chips. Only to get to the office and taste the most horrid, dry, overcooked meat, I took one bite and could not help but get upset as I was starving and had a horrible meal. I went to return it and asked to speak to the floor manager and the lady I spoke with was half laughing as if this happens everyday and it's expected before she handed the meal to the manager. I am highly disappointed to say the least.
