I finally got to the front of the queue that had about 8 or 9 people in it all the time, of the 8 or 9 pharmacist counters, 5 were being manned but only 3 were serving customers. the person at counter 3 was on the phone constantly and finally helped the person in front of me, but went right back to the phone after she was done. I don't think it is acceptable to expect people to queue for more than 20 minutes to be served. It would be a completely different matter if all the counters were manned and all of the pharmacists were serving customers, but that clearly wasn't the case. I will go to the chemist down the road, who values my business in future.
Another potential customer walked out at the same time i did.
