My son and I went to McDonalds (McCafe) on Beyers Naude by Lifestyle at 10.15 this morning (27 April 2013). There were 6 people in the queue in front of us - so it really wasn't that busy. After 15 minutes, we had still not been served and the people in front of us had only just placed their order, so we left. There were ample staff working to deal with both the customers inside, and the drive through, but there was total disorganisation with lots of shouting going on but very little serving. On top of that, the floor was filthy, the staff were not wearing uniforms, and one of the ladies serving did not have her head covered. The employees wearing nets had their hair only partially covered, defeating the object of wearing them in the first place. We will certainly not be going back there.
