I chose this shop to get good quality bedding and Linen but Good quality Customer Service I didn't get but RUDE Attitude There was nobody at the tills and after waiting sometime I was told to go to the end till which I did. Not once did the Sales person greet me or explain that the scanner was not working and proceeded to do it manually. After the 2nd purchase I asked him if any of the scanners were working which he gave me the answer by walking off (By then the other lady had paid for her purchase and had left the shop. I asked him to move to another till, he did not acknowledge me and called another Saleslady over.!!! I have never been so badly treated in my entire life. After I recovered from this Ordeal I went back into the store and explain to the Manager my problem. The sales lady said she had called for the Manager but after waiting 10 minutes gave up!!! I very much doubt he or she was even called!!!
