I have ordered goods from Steel and Ink Tattoo and Piersing Supplies and been struggeling to get everything from them. The 1st parcel they sent was via Speed Currier (Post Office to Post Office) but I selected Door to Door. The 2nd one was normal mail vir Post Office again.
They stated that they did inform me about the delay in stock, but no email has been received. They never pick up the phone to contact me, eventhough I request them to contact me or provide me with a number to contact them.
They are advertising best... but that's bull shuts...
PLEASE DONT EVER USE THEM. I WILL EVEN GO SO FAR ALL THE NEWS PAPERS IN RANDJESPARK AND TO INCLUDE CARTE BLANCE IN THIS!!!
If you supply a service, be able to provide contact details so that your client's can liaise with you.
