I handed in my Breville Juice Fountain on 15 May 2013, for the blades to be tested, and because the juice was leaking from everywhere when the machine was in operation. Every time I have followed up on the repair, I was told that they are still waiting for a part... it has now been nearly 2 months, and still no word, no part, no feedback!
Every time I walk into the store in Morningside, I really battle to get any assistance. I am now only dealing with the store manager, Sonto, and still not winning...
