Earlier this week I purchased two shirts from Woolworths Cape Gate only to find that standard did not meet my expectations. The one shirts had a spot above the pocket while the other had frayed threads. I reported this to the branch manageer Laneez who had Janine Jonkers attend to the matter. The service was absolutely outstanding. Janine was calm and handled the matter in a patient and understanding manner. Both shirts were refunded and replaced at no charge. Thank you Janine. This is why I support Woolworths.
