I should have had my groceries delivered on Friday 05.07.2013 between 19h00 and 20h00. I received a phone call and was told that they are very hectic and can they deliver on Saturday 06.07.2013. I then reluctantly agreed as I had a function on Saturday and it was agreed that my groceries would be delivered between 13h00 and 14h00, for which I had to rush to be home on time. To cut a long story short, I only received my groceries at 16h55!!! I had to cancel my function on Saturday due to this!! I am in fact at a lose for words due to their inefficiencies.
