ACCOUNTS COMPLAINT

I HAVE A RUSSELLS ACCOUNT WHICH GETS PAID VIA DEBIT ORDER. EVERY MONTH THE DEBIT ORDER GETS DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT ON VARIOUS DATES WHERE THE DEBIT ORDER DATE IS FOR THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH.
MONTH AFTER MONTH I GET PHONE CALLS FROM HEAD OFFICE SAYING THAT MY ACCOUNT IS IN ARREAR AND THAT THEY WILL BLACK LIST ME, ALSO THAT COLLECTERS GETS SENT TO MY HOUSE.
I DID GO TO THE BRANCH ON A MONTHLY BASIS TO TRY AND SORT OUT THE ACCOUNT BUT I DONT GET ANY ASSISTANCE FROM BRANCH LEVEL AND ABOVE.
THERE IS A SMALL BALANCE THAT NEEDS TO BE CLEARED WHERE THE SUB WAS PAID OUT WITH A CLAIM THAT I SUBMITTED AND IT HASN'T BEEN DONE YET.
THE MONEY THAT GETS DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT DOESN'T GO THE SUBS WHICH IT WAS INTENDED FOR AS WELL.
