I purchased items I needed to exchange the next day.
Firstly the number on their till slip goes to fax which I phoned 3 or 4 times.
Secondly I wanted to speak to the teller who had helped me, Calvin said he would help me. I explained to him the problem and he gave the phone to a girl. Who I explained where to find the top, the exact colours about 3 times & I gave the codes to. She than went to look for the top she came back and asked me to explain the top for the 4th time. I than lost my temper and asked what business they are running if they do not know the merchandise they are selling, I asked to speak to calvin again who I explained once again to the colour, the exact print &where to find the top in the shop - if I was not clear with the girl, I was clear with him. He could also not find it.
I went personally to the shop and found the tops and did my exchange. Calvin than confronted me about the comment of what business they are running he told me that I was unclear. He made it my fault. And there was no apology. It was only my 2nd time shopping at jay jays and I will not recommend it. Not finding the tops is not the problem, their ability to take information accurately is.
