I'd like to give many thanks to Calvin whom went an extra mile to assist in resolving my query which has been dragging since January 2013. I've contacted the medical aid call centre many times and every time I called I got the same answer from all the consultants I spoke to because they were just too lazy to investigate the matter. I was told, they can't help me because the problem is not on their side but with the Dr whom submitted a claim with the wrong date and I was advised to contact the Dr to resubmit the claim. Many times I contacted the Dr and I was again told, the correct date was submitted. I phoned the medical aid again on Friday the 22-03-2013 for the 6th time and assisted by Calvin, who took the liberty of investigating the matter further and only to find out that problem was actually from their side, the medical aid captured the wrong date but not the Dr. He phoned the same day to tell the news but couldn't get hold of me, when I try to return his call he already knocked off. But he never gave up on trying to get hold of me because on Monday I received a call from him to tell me everything shall be reversed and captured accordingly.
