My payments are still no allocated to my acc!!!

I made 2 EFTS, one for R200 on the 25/06 and one for R400 on the 03/07 and they are still not allocated to my account despite me sending numerous emails with POP to [Email Removed] And today I recieve an sms stating that my installment is due!!!
catch a wake up and get on the ball. this is not good customer service!
