I called in to query 2 EFTS made on the 25/06 and the 03/07. It hs still not been allocated to my store card!
I emailed proof of payment numerous time to [Email Removed] and today im told by your consultant Elsa Firdows that only one consultant is dealing with that email address and theres a back-log. Is that my fault?? Irrespective I used my woolworths card no when i did the payment so you should have picked up the payment! Mario was suppose to call me back, he doesnt want to take my call when I call in again now and he says that a consultant will call me back. They dont want a screen dump of the EFT, they require bank statements. I am 8 months pregnant and I cannot go standing in a line at the bank! I want this resolved immediately! This is the first time they asked for bak statements, a screen dump has always been sufficient! I want this resolved or you can cancel my store card with Woolworths and I will not pay this acc until the money is allocated. Im not going into a bank or to your store!!!
