It was a basic fridge / freezer for R2249 BUT...
After the pathetic service and useless website your company has why would anyone want to do business with you . most of your phone numbers on the store selector are incorrect and even the few stores I did get through to could not give me a phone number for Atlantis EE that works. These are the numbers given to me 021 5724127, 021 572 8604 and 021 572 4118 . all these number where given from Wynberg EE, Malemsbury EE and Parow EE . NOT ONE NUMBER WORKED .I needed this fridge yesterday, I will buy elsewhere but I am going to put my concerns about electric express on WOMF, Cape Times and Hellopeter. Maybe then your so called SERVICE can improve but then again it has to improve as it could not get worce than it is. Please forward this e-mail to one of your so called managers I would love to see if they care enough to save the company;s name . ( no one called) enjoy your day and sorry for waking you up.
