Last week a special advertised by HiFi-Corp involving a Samsung HiFi was out of stock at the Nelspuit branch. Having spoken to Tobogo, manager of the store, he promised to contact me on Monday, 1st July and keep two of these products at the advertised price.
To date he has not bothered contacting me and NO-ONE answers the telephone at this branch (013 757-0650)
The service at this store has deteriorated to its lowest level since it opened... PLEASE get this sorted out as I no longer enjoy shopping there and will rather support Makro who have a better range.
