I bought a gold & silver 925 9ct ring on 01 May 2013, and noticed colour change to greylish/blacklish and returned it to the store 28 June. I was told be Ntsiki that cannot be assessed by Quality Control department as it was abused. She refused to provide me with assessment report and confirmation in writing and she still refused. This is poor customers service and require full investigation to the matter.
